Cookie Policy

Last updated September 29, 2026

Truss uses a short list of cookies and local storage so you can stay signed in, keep the desk the way you left it, and so we can see how pages are used. We do not use advertising cookies.

Sign-in

When you log in, our auth provider sets a session cookie so the next request knows it is you. That cookie is required to use the workspace. Signing out clears it.

Local storage

The browser may keep a Home layout (which modules you hid or resized), a recent Login As list, and similar desk preferences on that device. Clearing site data resets those. It does not delete the job book.

Product experience

Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used — clicks, scrolls, and session replays — so we can see where the product is confusing. Clarity sets its own cookies in the browser. Passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, and text you type into notes are masked in the recording. This is product analytics, not advertising, and it is not sold.

Public pages

Guest estimate, invoice, portal, and card links do not require a CRM login. A card may record an anonymous open or tap so the office can see activity. That is not used to advertise to the guest.

Choices

You can block cookies in the browser. If you block the sign-in cookie, Truss cannot keep you logged in. For questions, email privacy@trockroofer.com.
